The Authentic Work/Life Incubator is a 1:1 coaching container designed to support realignment at the root.
Here's how it works:
- Five 60-minute sessions, paced to support your rhythm
- Pre-Session Self-Mapping Questionnaires to guide our conversations
- Reflection prompts, resources, practices and session notes to keep you on track between sessions
- A comprehensive Life Dimensions Coherence Scan self-assessment
- Guidance on how to create transformative intentions through my eBook: (You Are) The Living Intention
- A structurally sound Work/Life Vision & Strategy Roadmap
- Optional: Trauma-informed Compassionate Inquiry session
- An additional 90 minutes of flexible time, which you can use for:
- shorter check-ins
- a full extra session
- job search feedback
- a natal chart reading
- a downloadable Coherence Mapping Transmission
- or whatever will support your arc most deeply
Some complete the Incubator in a few months. Others stretch their journey across a season or more. There’s no rush, only right timing.
At the heart of this work is your unique Work/Life Project:

We’ll move through four intuitive phases:

Integrate – Live into what’s been remembered. Hold the frequency.

This work is offered through a solidarity-based pricing model. You choose the rate that best reflects your current financial reality – no justification required. What matters is alignment, not proof.
Each tier includes the full Incubator journey:
Five x 60-minute sessions
+ 90 minutes of flexible support time.
All rates are inclusive of tax to ensure transparency and charged in your local currency to maintain equity.
Interest-free installment payments are available at all tiers.
- Sustainer Rate $1199 | Supports access for others, sustains this work and reflects the fair market value compared to equivalent coaching programs.
- Anchor Rate $899 | Standard rate for those with access to stable income. The full value of the value of the program, anchors the model and reflects full investment.
- Supported Rate $599* | For those facing financial limitations.
After scheduling your Discovery Call, you’ll be sent a Solidary-Based Pricing Overview document to review before you select your tier. We’ll confirm your rate together when we meet.
*If you choose the Supported Rate, you’ll also have the option to request a lower amount that meets your reality. This isn’t a discount. It’s a commitment to access, dignity, and shared capacity.

It’s also a chance for us to feel into alignment, without pressure or performance.
When scheduling, you’ll be asked to share some details so I can tailor our conversation to your current situation.
