Program Details
This program is the culmination of my own career and life transformation and inspired by my work with hundreds of career coaching clients. The Authentic Work/Life Incubator Group Program blends my expertise as an educator, learning experience designer, facilitator, and authenticity coach to offer a truly unique group experience.
Join a community of like-minded individuals on similar life journeys, harness the power of collective wisdom, and engage in inspiring group coaching sessions where we learn, share, and grow together.

Components
- Two workshops per month featuring engaging learning modules, facilitated exercises and discussions, as well as powerful group coaching.
Workshop 1: Focus on collective learning and holistic growth across a variety of topics related to self-discovery and authenticity.
Workshop 2: Dedicated to each participant’s specific “work/life project” – Creating a vision and practical strategy for what you want to transform in your career and life.
- Individual Coaching
Three 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions (one per month) where we partner on your unique goals and challenges.
- Weekly Webinars
Shorter webinars focused on special topics selected by the group.
- Transformative Practices, Insightful Assignments and Thought-Provoking Resources
From thought leaders to explore between sessions and classes.
- Client Portal Access
For goal tracking, resource access, and continuous support.
- Recordings
All group sessions are recorded and shared for those who may miss them or want to revisit the material.
