Cancellation of Coaching & Refund Policy for Individual Sessions or Packages/Programs of Multiple Sessions
You may cancel an individual pre-paid session or a pre-paid package of sessions at any time, up to but not including the day the session is scheduled to occur, including the first or next session in a package of multiple sessions. In the case of cancellations, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the session, minus any credit card or other processing fees that Silverstone Coaching has incurred for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed via e-transfer unless you request that the refund be made to the same credit card used for the original purchase. In that case, an additional processing fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The same terms apply to refunds for the purchase of multiple sessions via a coaching package or program. Please note that you will only be refunded for the session(s) not yet taken in a package or program. The session(s) you have already attended will be charged at my current rate for a 60-minute session, and you will be refunded the difference from the original total amount you paid, minus any processing fees incurred at the time of your original purchase, as well as any new processing fees if you request the refund be made to your credit card.
Notice of Cancellation
All cancellation notices and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and delivered via email to jeffrey@silverstonecoaching.com. Cancellation notice will be considered effective on the date it is received by Silverstone Coaching.
Rescheduling Policy
I do not impose any charges or penalties on clients for rescheduling sessions, including same-day requests or client-initiated rescheduling via the client portal. I understand that emergencies or last-minute scheduling conflicts can occur. Please inform me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule a session, especially if you are unable to do so yourself.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a session at the scheduled time, I will attempt to contact you after 10 minutes. Depending on whether I hear back from you in a reasonable time and my availability following the original session’s end time, we may need to reschedule the session for another day. Please ensure that your devices are set up to receive session reminders from the Delenta platform and app.
Payment Plan Defaults
If any installment payment defaults, the Client will have seven (7) days to resolve the issue. Any scheduled coaching sessions will be postponed until payment is received within this period. All discounts and bonuses will be forfeited, and full payment will be required. Should a Client default on any installment payment, this may result in cancellation from the Program, and the Cancellation Policy will apply. The Client will also be responsible for reimbursing the Coach for any non-sufficient funds (N.S.F.) or processing fees associated with the Client’s default payment.
Program Changes
The Coach reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any programs as deemed necessary. Any such changes will be made in consultation with the Client.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If either the Client or the Coach believes that the Coaching Sessions or Coaching Agreement (if applicable) are no longer serving the Client’s needs, both parties agree to initiate a discussion to address the situation before canceling the Program or Session(s).
Intellectual Property
All material related to any Silverstone Coaching Program or created by Silverstone Coaching is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. Such materials may not be recorded, used publicly, shared, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
Indemnification
You acknowledge that all actions taken are performed voluntarily and are your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any actions related to their mental wellness, physical health, business, or investment decisions.
Limited Liability
The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the coaching services that have been negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered up to and including the termination date.
Agreement Section
By entering into a Coaching Agreement, either through signing a Coaching Agreement with Silverstone Coaching or making any payment to Jeffrey Silverstone, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as outlined above.
